Account Coordinator
CMIT Solutions is a Managed IT Services Provider for businesses, seeking a dynamic and client-focused Account Coordinator to join their team. The role involves supporting the Account Management Team to ensure client needs are met and exploring additional ways to assist clients, while maintaining excellent customer service and teamwork practices.

Preparing for Business Reviews with Account Managers
Evaluating client technology and services
Creating reports
Cleaning up data
Quoting and Sourcing: Research products and pricing through our approved sites and create quotes for client review
Assisting Account Managers with client projects
Ensuring excellent customer service and teamwork practices
Researching client satisfaction issues
Maintaining client monthly reporting
Assisting with client onboardings
Miscellaneous office administrative tasks
Qualification
