Responsibilities

Provide legal counsel to organizations seeking to ensure compliance with data privacy, data security, and consumer protection regulations

Assess incident response readiness and develop incident response plans

Perform tabletop exercises and identify legal and regulatory impact assessments

Develop state, federal, and international data privacy and data security compliance programs

Create vendor management programs and data privacy and data security policies and procedures

Handle matters with the incident response practice and support regulatory investigation and litigation practice groups
