Responsibilities

Oversee program scheduling, training operations, range/armory support, logistics/warehouse shipments, vehicle/fleet coordination, and curriculum/training document management
Monitor and analyze performance metrics—utilization rates, equipment readiness, training throughput, cost tracking—and recommend improvements
Prepare and deliver monthly status reports, quarterly newsletters, trip reports, and other required government deliverables on schedule
Ensure program compliance with safety (OSHA), environmental (EPA), property accountability, security clearance/training requirements, and contract cost/data reporting regulations
Maintain communication and coordination with the COR, government stakeholders, internal leadership, and team leads
Lead transition, surge support for large scale training events, and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple sites and functional areas

Required

Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret (or higher) security clearance
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering or related field
Minimum of 8 years of experience managing large‐scale training, range, simulation, or military/defense support programs (contract or government)
Demonstrated experience with government contracts, budget/program execution, and staffing across multiple sites
Domestic travel required; valid driver's license required

Preferred

Master's or professional certification
Experience with training devices, simulators, TADSS (Training Aids, Devices, Simulators and Simulations), or large-scale training operations
Knowledge of federal vehicle/fleet management and logistics is highly desirable
