Responsibilities
Perform demolition, preparation, forming, mixing, placing, finishing, and curing of concrete for repairs and site improvements
Execute masonry-related tasks including patching, block/brick repairs, joint pointing, and reinforcement as required
Assist with site work improvements tied to excavation and property development projects
Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, small equipment, and machinery required for concrete and masonry work
Load and unload materials, supplies, and tools from the crew’s Ford F450 Mason Dump truck and box trailer
Work collaboratively under the direction of the Foreman to complete repairs efficiently, safely, and to company standards
Follow all company safety protocols, including PPE compliance, excavation safety awareness, and hazard recognition
Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools, equipment, and job sites
Provide labor support on both concrete and masonry crews as needed
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in concrete, masonry, or related construction work preferred
Ability to mix, pour, spread, screed, finish, and cure concrete to specifications
Familiarity with forms, reinforcement, patching materials, and masonry tools
Physical stamina to perform heavy labor in outdoor environments
Strong teamwork, communication, and reliability
