Responsibilities

Contribute to the development of project plans and timelines

Assist in gathering and documenting project requirements

Participate in interviews, meetings, and workshops to understand Firm and project-specific goals and deliverables

Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support project objectives

Prepare data visualizations and summaries to communicate findings

Use analytical tools and techniques to identify trends and insights

Conduct industry and market research to support project recommendations

Benchmark Firm practices against market standards and best practices

Compile research findings into concise and actionable reports

Develop hypotheses and research solutions, frameworks, and methodologies using accurate and appropriate sources

Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and evaluate potential solutions

Assist in the creation of project documentation, reports, and presentations

Provide support during the implementation of recommendations

Assist in training end users on new approaches and systems

Monitor and report on the progress of implementation activities

Maintain the Strategy team’s online document repositories

Support senior leaders in executing project tasks, activities, and ad hoc strategy requests

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related/relevant field

2+ years of experience in consulting, business analysis, banking, or related roles

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio)

Ability to seek feedback from team members and stakeholders to improve performance

Commitment to staying updated on industry trends, tools, and methodologies

Participation in training and development programs

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Confidence in working with senior stakeholders

Strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred

Familiarity with key business concepts and financial analysis preferred

familiarity with SQL, PowerBI, or other tools is a plus
