Conduct training sessions and collaborate with vendor representatives for problem resolution
Maintain quality assurance procedures related to ticket management tracking
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in a related field
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Advanced knowledge of computer desktop environments and applications
Thorough knowledge of systems analysis and problem resolution techniques
Utilize the Remote Support (Help Desk) functions of the Support Services team
Prioritize trouble calls and generate documentation as needed
