$26/hr - $28/hrQuanta Manufacturing Nashville is seeking a Repair Technician to perform server repair tasks, focusing on diagnosing and fixing hardware issues. The role involves conducting repairs on Quanta server products and providing technical support to Level 1 technicians.

Responsibilities
Conduct repair for all Quanta server products to meet commercial standards and customer satisfaction
Final testing for all Quanta server products in finished goods condition
Daily output 10 and after 15/day after 3 months
Report/ Record any defective parts to shopfloor Database
Work with test engineering team to analyze root cause
Work independently. Qty 3-4/H. Low repair return. Read troubleshooting for dependent model
Provide technical support and guidance to Level 1 technicians, assisting them in resolving challenging repair issues and improving their skillsets
Qualification
Required
Good knowledge on PC, system, server repair, and troubleshooting
Experienced in PC/System, server repair and testing skills
OA software: Microsoft suite (word/excel, ...)
Software skills in Windows or Linux
Team player
Self-motivated and can work independently
Able to lift 50 pounds of weight
High school certificate or equivalent repair experience, college preferred
Ability to walk and stand on cement floors for extended periods
Ability to stand, stoop, bend, and perform repetitive tasks
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to lift to Able to lift 50 pounds of weight
Strong knowledge of PC, system, and server repair and troubleshooting
Hands-on experience with PC, system, and server repair and testing
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
Familiarity with Windows or Linux operating systems and related software tools
Effective team player with strong collaboration skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
High school diploma or equivalent required; college education preferred
Equivalent professional experience in server or system repair is acceptable
Ability to walk and stand on cement floors for extended periods
Ability to stoop, bend, and perform repetitive tasks as part of repair work
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer as needed
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Preferred
Prior experience with L10–L11 server assembly and repair is preferred
