Clint Wilson State Farm is an award-winning insurance agency that values relationships and community. They are seeking a Community Business Development Representative to build and maintain referral partnerships with local professionals and represent the agency in the community.
Individual & Family Services
Responsibilities
Build and maintain long-term relationships with local mortgage brokers, apartment managers, and small business owners
Identify opportunities to connect referral partners with resources and introductions that help their businesses grow
Attend local networking events, community meetings, and partner visits to strengthen brand presence
Collaborate with agency leadership to develop partnership strategies and community outreach campaigns
Track partnership activities and report progress on relationship development goals
Represent our agency’s values—trust, care, and community—in every interaction
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong organizational skills and a professional presence
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred
Experience in business development, community outreach, or relationship-based sales
