Recruitment Lead - Americas
Planhat is a customer platform focused on acquiring, servicing, and growing lifelong customers. They are seeking a Recruitment Lead to manage end-to-end recruitment for commercial and operations roles across the Americas, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and optimize sourcing programs.

Responsibilities
Own end-to-end recruitment for commercial and ops roles across Americas — sometimes leading the process, sometimes acting as a sounding board
Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand business needs and translate that into talent requirements
Build and optimize sourcing programs — leveraging traditional channels as well as areas we have never thought of before
Find not just good candidates, but people who can accelerate Planhat’s trajectory
Bring structure, data, and precision to how we recruit — and help elevate the experience for candidates as well as internal stakeholders
Qualification
Required

Solution oriented, can collaborate and communicate with seasoned Execs as well as junior candidates exploring their first job
Curious and analytical, with an 'always improve' mindset
Constantly ask yourself; how can we do this better, smarter, more efficiently?
Tech savvy
Business minded: You can translate business requirements into talent needs - and spot that talent
Equipped with a strong judgement, and can use that both in making calls related to recruitment as well as challenge the team around you
An experienced recruiter, minimum 3-5 years of experience from similar roles, ideally from high growth Saas companies
Comfortable with change and a problem solver
Preferred
If you have built, led and hired commercial teams in the past this is considered a strong plus
Perhaps you are a former Sales leader who would like to spend more time on helping others build their teams
