Qualification
Required
Associate degree OR a high school diploma/GED with at least 2 years of clerical experience
Clerical work experience
Excellent organizational, customer service, and problem-solving skills
Written and verbal communication skills; ability to work and communicate with diverse student populations
Excellent computer skills and desire to master technology
Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities effectively
Ability to work occasional night and weekend events
Commitment to service excellence
Highly motivated
Team oriented; collaborates with others effectively; and demonstrated independent work ethic
Preferred
Work experience that includes leadership, supervising, public speaking/presenting, event coordination, and student services
