Responsibilities
Run multiple projects start-to-finish — schedule, budget, contracts, change orders, billing, POs, warranty requests
Lead Project Coordinators and Superintendents — coach, mentor, and keep the work sharp
Make sure safety isn’t just checked off a box but lived out on site
Keep jobs moving: time, materials, quality — no excuses
Partner with drafting and field teams to keep drawings and revisions tight
Handle problems head-on: resolve conflicts, fix issues, and keep clients happy
Build strong relationships — clients, vendors, and crews know they can count on you
Qualification
Required
5+ years in construction with commercial roofing experience (or degree + equivalent experience)
2+ years as an Assistant PM or similar role
Proficient with Microsoft Office, able to read drawings and contracts
OSHA 30 certified, valid driver's license, U.S. work authorization
You know how to run a project, solve problems, and mentor the next guy up
Preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
