Qualification
Required
5 or more years of paid experience in general carpentry and handyman work
Proficient in miscellaneous around-the-house type repairs like carpentry, basic plumbing, drywall, painting, and basic electrical
Driver's license
Reliable vehicle
Standard tools
Speak fluent English
Legal citizen of the US
