Outside Sales Representative – Payment Processing
Thrive is a forward-thinking, client-focused company that values collaboration and innovation. They are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to acquire new business and maintain relationships with existing clients in the payment processing industry.

Responsibilities
Generate new business through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and referrals
Present and sell payment processing solutions to small and medium-sized businesses
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction
Conduct in-person meetings and product demonstrations to showcase our solutions
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and support for new clients
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and payment technologies
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system
Qualification
Required
Proven outside sales experience, preferably in financial services, payment processing, or technology solutions
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with business owners and decision-makers
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
