2026 Summer Intern – Field Aftersales and Service

General Motors is seeking passionate and driven individuals for their Field Sales Operations Internship Program for Summer 2026. Responsibilities

Partner with regional and headquarters Sales Operations teams to gather and analyze field-level data
Identify trends and key drivers of sales performance across national, regional, and local markets
Develop actionable insights and reporting tools to support field sales effectiveness
Assist in the execution of regional sales initiatives and dealership engagement strategies
Support ongoing projects and operational needs within the Field Sales Operations team
Present project findings and recommendations to GM leadership at the conclusion of the internship
Travel will be an integral part of this internship, allowing you to engage directly with target markets and acquire invaluable, real-world insights

Required

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's
Valid Driver's License Required
Expected graduation between December 2026 and June 2027
Available to work full-time (40 hours/week) during the summer internship

Passion for automotive industry and customer experience
Ability to work independently, ability to make decisions and collaboratively in a team environment
Strong analytical and communication skills
