Responsibilities

Performs daily part washing activities using a variety of cleaning methods and machinery
Performs transactions in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems as necessary
May be required to perform basic inspection techniques to verify part drawing visually
Regularly uses a microscope to view, inspect and clean parts
May be required to perform heat treating operations as required
Maintains neat and orderly work areas
Understands order of operations
Cleans parts without assistance
May be required to perform preventative maintenance tasks as needed
Operates Forklift
Perform daily cycle count functions for raw material and bar-coded tools
Dispenses tooling and make inventory transactions to maintain proper inventory accuracy
Performs other related duties as assigned

Required

High school graduate; or GED; or BOCES Machine Shop classes; or Skilled trade school graduate
Demonstrated problem solving skills
Ability to perform daily part washing activities using a variety of cleaning methods and machinery
Ability to perform transactions in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems as necessary
Ability to perform basic inspection techniques to verify part drawing visually
Ability to regularly use a microscope to view, inspect and clean parts
Ability to perform heat treating operations as required
Ability to maintain neat and orderly work areas
Understanding of order of operations
Ability to clean parts without assistance
Ability to perform preventative maintenance tasks as needed
Ability to operate Forklift
Ability to perform daily cycle count functions for raw material and bar-coded tools
Ability to dispense tooling and make inventory transactions to maintain proper inventory accuracy
Ability to perform other related duties as assigned
Legally authorized to access controlled technology prior to beginning work
