Mid LevelSERVPRO Team Miller is the leading SERVPRO team in the country, known for its excellence in restoration services. The Restoration Crew Chief will oversee restoration projects, ensuring quality control and customer satisfaction while managing a team of technicians.
Responsibilities
Coordinate, oversee, and perform restoration processes as scheduled and ensure quality control
Manage the customer and client experience and overall project satisfaction
Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities
Thoroughly document restoration projects support the services provided
Manage labor, equipment, and supply usage on assigned projects
Communicate progress, problems, and important updates with internal team members
Verify all safety protocols are established and followed for workplace safety
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly vehicle and equipment maintenance, as assigned
Coach and train restoration technicians
Qualification
Required
Effective oral communication
High school diploma/GED
Ability to travel locally and out of state as necessary
Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance
Exposure to chemicals
Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing
Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
Ability to work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces under buildings)
Repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects
Preferred
Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred
IICRC certifications preferred
