Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair heavy equipment including hydraulics, powertrain, and electrical systems
Perform field service calls in a timely and professional manner
Complete service documentation including time logs, parts used, and maintenance records
Maintain company-issued vehicle, tools, and equipment in safe, clean condition
Ensure equipment is cleaned, greased, and ready for operation
Follow safety procedures and participate in safety meetings
Tag and store equipment properly when not in use
Support special projects and assignments as needed
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training preferred
3–5 years of experience in heavy equipment repair
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, database systems)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Willingness to work overtime and weekends
Valid driver's license with clean driving record (CDL may be required)
Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in outdoor environments
