Responsibilities

Perform carpentry tasks in a controlled factory setting and on residential job sites

Frame and assemble wall, floor, and roof components using standardized methods

Assist to install doors, windows, subfloors, sheathing, and other structural or enclosure elements

Collaborate with team members to ensure assemblies are accurate, consistent, and ready for follow-on trades

Interpret shop and construction drawings to guide accurate builds and installations

Operate saws, nailers, routers, and other woodworking tools safely and efficiently

Conduct quality checks to ensure assemblies meet company standards

Maintain clean, organized workspaces and follow all safety procedures

Required

High school diploma or equivalent

1+ years of carpentry experience a plus

Experience in framing, sheathing, and installation of windows, doors, and related assemblies a plus

Comfortable reading drawings and measuring to tight tolerances

Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in overhead positions for extended periods

Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship

Team-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
