Responsibilities
Engaging senior and executive leadership in the domain area to understand their most significant business challenges
Designing new AI products and solutions to automate or enable better decision making to address these challenges
Building long-term product roadmaps
Scaling and delivering on those products by working within cross-functional data science, IT, and business teams
Providing overall product leadership for one or more of our machine learning and AI initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree and 5 years of work experience in a mathematical, statistical, computer science, engineering, physics, economics or related quantitative field OR Actuarial credential or Masters degree and 4 years of work experience in an advanced mathematical, statistical, engineering, physics or related quantitative field OR Ph.D. and 2 years of work experience in a mathematical, statistical, computer science, engineering, physics, economics or related quantitative field OR 8 years of work experience in an advanced mathematical, statistical, engineering, physics or related quantitative field
Must demonstrate proficiency in at least four of the following six areas: 1) data analysis and relational-style query languages; 2) machine learning and/or statistical modeling; 3) data visualization; 4) a high-level programming language; 5) Generative AI; 6) understanding of healthcare
Strong learning and growth mindset

Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
A track record of independently delivering or leading the delivery of multiple complex analytics or data science projects
Preferred
Previous product management experience
Experience with Generative AI and other cutting edge AI technologies (e.g., agentic AI) is strongly preferred
Previous experience working with insurance claims systems and/or healthcare experience
Experience with Iterative / Agile / Scrum development
Experience successfully implementing at-scale A.I. solutions in cloud environments
