Responsibilities

Operate Equipment Safely: Operate all packaging equipment in compliance with SOPs and OSHA safety standards, ensuring quality checks are performed consistently
Perform Maintenance Tasks: Execute daily maintenance routines per the autonomous maintenance policy
Troubleshoot Production Issues: Identify and address potential production issues proactively, communicating effectively with supervisors and maintenance teams
Achieve Production Goals: Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and maximize uptime
Maintain Cleanliness: Keep work areas clean and organized in compliance with U.S. and international GMP standards
Document Production Activities: Accurately complete logs and reports, including downtime, material usage, production yield, batch details, and inventory control
Train New Operators: Assist in training new team members as needed
Other Duties: Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of related experience in a production or packaging environment
