Revenue Strategy & Operations Associate

The Revenue Strategy & Operations Associate will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing the revenue process, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure data integrity and process improvements, ultimately contributing to the organization’s revenue growth and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end design and implementation of mid-level operational enhancements (e.g., new lead routing rules, territory assignments)
Proactively analyze key revenue metrics (pipeline conversion, sales velocity) to identify bottlenecks and present data-backed recommendations to leadership
Ensure structural data hygiene measures are implemented to ensure the accuracy and completeness of records at scale
Manage requirements and resources to improve CRM automation (e.g., Salesforce improvements and integrations with third-party tools)
Lead cross-functional projects related to process changes or system rollouts, including gathering requirements and managing timelines

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, STEM or a related field
Minimum of 2-4 years of progressive experience in management consulting, investment banking, or venture backed business operations experience (preferably in revenue or sales operations)
Advanced proficiency in AI and software
Strong understanding of SaaS metrics
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without stipulations and be residents of the United States
Following the offer of employment, all roles will require a background check and a drug and alcohol test. Some positions may require other verifications, such as, driver eligibility and record, credentials or education. All new hires will be required to complete the I-9 Form and E-verify process upon employment

Preferred

Experience with sales/revenue systems and BI tools is a plus
