Responsibilities

Engage with stakeholders across business units to understand current-state processes

Collaborate with teams to design future-state workflows optimized with AI capabilities

Translate business needs into clear, actionable IT requirements and solution briefs

Facilitate AI use-case discovery and prioritization aligned with business goals

Guide change management and user adoption strategies for AI-enabled solutions

Evaluate off-the-shelf AI tools versus custom builds and advise on implementation approach

Work closely with IT, External Vendors, and Business Units to support solution design and delivery

Required

10+ years experience in IT or Operations

Proven experience in change management and digital transformation

Understanding and experience with business process improvement

Strong understanding of AI and how it can be used in business process transformation

Familiarity with process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio, Lucidchart) and requirement-gathering frameworks

Excellent stakeholder communication and facilitation skills

Experience in agile like environments and collaborating with business and technical teams

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Preferred

5+ years in business/IT consulting, ideally with exposure to AI transformation initiatives

Experience with tools like ChatGPT, OpenAI, Glean, or other AI/automation platforms

Experience working in enterprise environments with cross-functional teams
