They are seeking an Import Customer Service Agent responsible for import customer service, consolidations, rate quotations, and communication with overseas agents.

Responsible for import customer service, import consolidations, customer rate quotations, traffic, bookings, tracking and tracing, communications with overseas agents

Knowledge of U.S. customs and import procedures

Familiarity with oversize and project freight

Familiarity with ocean freight

Familiarity with airfreight

Familiarity with domestic transportation

Experience with a customs broker, freight forwarder, NVOCC or Steamship line
