NOC Helpdesk Bilingual (English Speaker)
CallTek is looking for a highly motivated NOC Helpdesk Bilingual Analyst (English Speaker) to join their growing team. The successful candidate will provide technical support and monitoring services for clients' network systems, ensuring excellent communication and user assistance. Responsibilities include monitoring network performance, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with teams to improve service efficiency.

Responsibilities
Monitor network performance and respond to alerts proactively to ensure uptime
Provide technical assistance in English via phone, email, and chat to clients experiencing issues
Troubleshoot hardware and software problems and escalate issues as necessary
Document all support interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system for accurate record-keeping
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service efficiency and user satisfaction
Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new technologies and best practices
Assist in generating reports on network performance and incident management
Qualification
Required
Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Familiarity with network protocols, systems administration, and ticketing systems
High school diploma required
Preferred
Previous experience in a helpdesk or technical support environment is preferred
Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) are a plus
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
