Responsibilities
Lead a collaborative team of experts to conceptualize, analyze, characterize, and validate key features related to all aspects of signal integrity designs in iPhone systems
Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize signal architecture and system integration solutions for the whole iPhone product line
Develop team vision and goals, build technical capabilities, and prioritize tasks and coverages
Foster a positive, active, collaborative, and productive team culture, to recruit and mentor new team members
Solve complex challenges with creativity and enthusiasm throughout all stages of the project lifecycle
Qualification
Required
Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
Solid foundation in Electrical Engineering with excellent problem-solving skills
Hands-on experience in system signal integrity design, analysis, and simulation
Familiarity with lab equipment and testing methodologies for signal integrity measurement and validation
Experience in leading a signal integrity team
Preferred
Master or Ph.D. in EE, with 10 years or equivalent of relevant working experience
Strong leadership skills and extensive management experience in leading a medium/large-size signal integrity team
A leading expert in signal integrity technology and methodology. Strong knowledge in high-speed and low-speed interfaces
A strong foundation in electrical engineering, with a strong background in mobile system engineering
A passion for engineering with demonstrated initiative, creativity, and innovation
