Responsibilities
Assist with examination of Sarbanes–Oxley compliance by performing tests of controls (design and effectiveness) within key business processes. Ensure SOX testing and evidence is sufficient to attain and support conclusions
Perform Operational Audits. Review Staff Auditor work
Assist with compiling audit documentation for the Audit Committee and Bank regulators. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Internal Audit Department
COSO component documentation and testing
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, computer science, or related field
Manage remediation of audit findings
Public accounting and/or Internal Audit experience
Banking or financial services experience
SOX experience
Preferred
CPA preferred or plans to pursue one of the following certifications: CPA, CIA, or CISA
