Head of Strategic Partnerships & Solution Design

The Head of Strategic Partnerships & Solution Design will lead initiatives to expand the company's reach in the healthcare ecosystem, develop strategic partnerships, and design customer-centric health solutions.

Responsibilities
Define and execute the roadmap for new business growth, aligned with the company’s strategic vision and CEO priorities
Identify whitespace opportunities in the employer, payer, and broker ecosystems and develop tailored go-to-market strategies
Lead cross-functional efforts to evaluate, prioritize, and launch new growth initiatives
Build and manage strategic partnerships with benefit brokers, employer coalitions, TPAs, and government/commercial payers
Develop partner-specific value propositions and co-designed solutions that drive mutual growth
Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure successful onboarding, integration, and performance tracking
Lead the conceptual design and packaging of new health and wellness solutions tailored to customer segments to better integrate fitness and wellness into the clinical health system
Translate market insights and customer feedback into product concepts that solve real-world problems
Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations to ensure solutions are positioned effectively and deliver measurable value
Champion a customer-centric design approach that integrates business development with product strategy
Lead business development efforts to acquire new employer and payer customers
Drive innovation in solution design and commercialization to meet evolving market needs
Ensure alignment across the customer journey through close collaboration with internal teams
Serve as a key advisor to the CEO on growth strategy, market dynamics, and partnership performance
Deliver executive-level presentations, dashboards, and business cases to support strategic decisions
Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure impact and inform continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or growth leadership roles
Proven success in building partnerships across employer, payer, and broker channels in healthcare or benefits
Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, including government programs, commercial payers, and employer-sponsored benefits
Demonstrated experience in designing and commercializing customer-centric solutions (non-technical)
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills
Preferred
Experience in early-stage or high-growth environments preferred
MBA or equivalent experience in strategy, business development, or health administration is a plus
