Advisor - Organizational Change Management
FarWell Project Advisors, LLC is seeking Organizational Change Managers to join their team. The Advisors will leverage their expertise in change management and project management to navigate complex client needs and deliver effective solutions.

Responsibilities
Having deep understanding of the processes, tools and techniques needed to help manage the people side of change
Experience managing an Organizational Change Initiative or having played a key role on a team managing an Organizational Change Initiative
Having experience formally and independently managing the scope, budget and schedule of a project
Experience with Stakeholder, Communication and Risk Management Plans
Having some awareness of Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or PDCA
Qualification
Required
Depth of knowledge within Organizational Change Management
Experience managing an Organizational Change Initiative or having played a key role on a team managing an Organizational Change Initiative
Experience formally and independently managing the scope, budget and schedule of a project
Additional experience with Stakeholder, Communication and Risk Management Plans
Awareness of Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or PDCA
Proficient knowledge in modern office productivity, communication, and collaboration toolsets
Bachelors or Masters in any field or 3-5+ years of applicable experience
