Responsibilities

Oversee site and app content strategy and execution. Including homepage, PLPs and landing pages

Lead cross-functional planning with marketing, merchandising, and operations to deliver seamless omnichannel experiences

Manage site testing, personalization, and A/B experimentation programs

Lead online merchandising strategies, including product categorization, search strategies, and product content

Develop strategies and tactics to drive volume, customer engagement, and profit for respective categories

Partner with internal and external teams to implement SEO and discoverability best practices

Actively analyze the business to provide meaningful insights into performance – assessing category, customer, and shopping behavior through the digital channel

Plan and launch promotions: working with the creative services and technology teams to get the appropriate marketing messages, products, categories, and landing pages uploaded to the site

Partner with UX and development teams to implement new site experiences from concepting to delivery

Coordinate category specific initiatives cross functionally to drive revenue

Work closely with key business stakeholders at to conceptualize new ideas based on business objectives and goals from the organization

Qualification

Required

5+ years of B2C/D2C eCommerce experience

Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and CMS systems (e.g. Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce, etc)

Ability to effectively manage and deliver on competing priorities, demonstrating change agility

Office and reporting systems savvy, Google/Adobe Analytics, Microsoft Excel + Powerpoint, Power BI, experience

Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or relevant area

Exceptional communication, prioritization, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Ability to be a team player and to foster a commitment to teamwork among other associates

Must be able to connect dots from issue to resolution, both directly and indirectly, then make recommendations

Ability to work in a cross-functional environment: proactively seek and drive alignment with other teams on key initiatives

Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up your sleeves

Enthusiastic, high energy, detail-orientated, and able to manage multiple tasks
