New Grad, Entry LevelEdible Arrangements is seeking a Concessions Associate to enhance the guest experience at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium. The role involves preparing and serving food, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining cleanliness in a fast-paced environment during events.

Responsibilities
Prepare and assemble food and beverage items for both Edible (cold) and Roti (hot) offerings
Greet customers with enthusiasm and provide knowledgeable, friendly customer service
Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently
Assist with opening, stocking, and setup before events
Assist with receiving and stocking food deliveries, ensuring all items meet quality and safety standards
Label, date, and rotate inventory using the FIFO (first-in, first-out) method to ensure freshness
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, carts, and equipment
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and stadium policies and procedures
Support smooth closing operations, including breakdowns, cleaning, and inventory counts
Flex between Edible and Roti stands as needed, based on event flow
Qualification
Required
Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States
Availability required for nights, weekends, and stadium event shifts
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, including concession or stadium settings
Comfortable supporting both Edible & Roti brands and rotating between food prep, customer interaction, and cashier duties
Strong commitment to guest satisfaction through high-quality customer service
Dependable and punctual, with a track record of accountability in hourly or part-time roles
Brings positive energy and enthusiasm to game day operations and live event environments
Previous experience in high volume food service, customer service, or as a cashier is preferred
Stand for long periods of time and be able to actively engage physically with guests
Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
React with physical and mental alertness in emergency situations
Demonstrate physical stamina and agility required to be mobile for long periods of time throughout the day
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
Preferred
Previous experience in high volume food service, customer service, or as a cashier
