Responsibilities
Analyze and optimize service-oriented architecture to ensure seamless integration across systems
Design and implement solution architecture that aligns with business objectives and enhances operational efficiency
Develop and manage ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to facilitate data integration and reporting
Oversee IT infrastructure management, ensuring high availability and performance of systems
Collaborate with teams utilizing Salesforce and Pegasystems to enhance customer relationship management capabilities
Engage in systems engineering and system design activities to create scalable solutions tailored to user needs
Conduct vulnerability assessments and implement information security measures to safeguard our systems
Utilize cloud security best practices while working with AWS (Amazon Web Services) and Azure environments
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of computer science principles and operating systems
Proficiency in NoSQL databases, load balancing techniques, and computer networking fundamentals
Preferred
Experience with system administration tasks across various platforms including Windows, Linux, and UNIX
Familiarity with programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, C#, Java, Ruby on Rails, and SQL for developing applications
Knowledge of DevOps practices including CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) pipelines using tools like Jenkins or Git
Understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs for building scalable web services
