Responsibilities
Develop novel AI products, providing customers with entirely new workflows
Work directly with customers (you’ll be visiting their offices with us) to understand needs, prioritize requests, and translate them into technical solutions
Prototype and integrate AI pipelines (e.g., retrieval‑augmented generation) to prove out new workflows
Lead by example through mentoring future hires, pairing, and code reviews. You'll shape our engineering culture
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience at hyper-growth startups and/or leading big tech companies
A CS degree from a top university
Strong product sense
High degree of ownership and the ability to operate autonomously
