Responsibilities
Define the provider network growth strategy for assigned regions
Work with other Commercial partners to develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective providers in your region
Independently lead provider network deals from initial conversation to close
Collaborate with legal on contract terms, negotiation & execution
Collaborate to ensure successful provider onboarding and implementation
Contribute to the product roadmap by representing the provider’s voice
Qualification
Required
This territory consists of targeted metro regions in the eastern US. You must reside in this territory to be considered
Bachelor degree and at least 5 years work experience
Background in provider sales and/or network development
Subject matter expertise in healthcare, provider network development / management, employee health benefits, chronic disease management, or digital health
History of consistently attaining / exceeding quota
Excellent strategic territory management, prospecting, project management, organization, and communication skills
Comfortable working with the ambiguity of a fast-paced startup, with demonstrated ability to innovate and solve problems creatively
Desire to learn, grow, develop, and eventually mentor future team members
Preferred
Startup experience
Experience with clinical quality and price transparency tools
Experience with provider network adequacy tools
Experience with physical therapy and/or orthopedic clinical solutions or provider community
