Sales Guide & Finance Specialist
Anderson Auto Group is a family-owned business with over 30 years of history in Missouri and Nebraska, seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Guide & Finance Specialist. This hybrid role combines front-end vehicle sales with back-end finance and insurance responsibilities, guiding customers through their vehicle purchase journey while providing knowledgeable support.

Responsibilities
Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner
Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle to fit their needs and budget
Conduct test drives and product demonstrations
Maintain in-depth knowledge of KIA models, trims, features, and pricing
Follow up with leads and maintain CRM entries
Present and explain financing and leasing options clearly
Sell F&I products such as extended warranties, protection plans and insurance packages
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
Prepare and review all documents for accuracy and completeness
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in Customer Service or Sales
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Confidence with technology and dealership CRM tools
Ability to meet and exceed monthly goals
A positive attitude and a desire to succeed
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S
Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and background check
