Prepare LOIs, proposals, contracts, and marketing materials

Support deal negotiations and client communications
Maintain transaction records and CRM updates
Attend industry events to grow your network and market knowledge
Qualification
Required
Active Colorado real estate license
One of the following: 1+ year experience in commercial real estate, formal real estate/finance education, or relevant professional background
Knowledge of Northern Colorado's CRE market and trends
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Commercial MLS software
