8+ years expT&B Planning, Inc. is seeking a CEQA/NEPA Project Manager to lead compliance projects for land development and infrastructure. The Project Manager will coordinate teams, manage document preparation, and oversee regulatory compliance while guiding CEQA and NEPA strategy.

Lead the preparation of CEQA and/or NEPA compliance documents
Assist clients and government agencies with environmental compliance matters
Oversee administrative procedures and public noticing
Establish and maintain project team dynamics to collaborate and to move projects forward
Manage scopes of work and project schedules and budgets
Conduct research on planning, zoning, entitlement permits, and environmental clearances
Attend meetings and public hearings remotely and/or in person
Qualification
Required
Lead the preparation of CEQA and/or NEPA compliance documents
Assist clients and government agencies with environmental compliance matters

Manage scopes of work and project schedules and budgets
Conduct research on planning, zoning, entitlement permits, and environmental clearances

Minimum 8 years of CEQA or NEPA document preparation experience
Strong project management skills, results-driven, with ability to manage multiple deadlines
Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel
Effective and collaborative communicator
Strong organizational skills
Motivated to meet expectations and schedules
Bachelor's or Master's Degree; preferably in environmental studies, urban planning, writing, public administration, or project management
