Responsibilities
Define and implement scalable process frameworks aligned with future-state enterprise architecture
Ensure process compliance across workstreams and guide transformation planning
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review requirements and translate them into actionable architecture strategies
Develop and maintain process architecture documentation, models, and repositories
Provide architectural leadership and strategic direction for ERP-related initiatives
Facilitate alignment between business goals and technical frameworks
Support long-term planning and execution of enterprise transformation efforts
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience designing architectures for large ERP programs
Proven ability to drive strategy through sound architectural and technical frameworks
Strong background in enterprise architecture, process modeling, and transformation planning
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex initiatives
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Preferred
Experience working in or supporting retail environments is highly preferred
