Responsibilities
Establish the product vision and strategy that will help improve operations and performance across our business
Partner with executive, game, marketing, and analytics teams to understand user needs and establish success criteria with clearly measurable objectives and key results to deliver a great end-user experience
Collaborate with a high-performing group of Engineers, Data Scientists, and Analysts acting as the voice of the business to shape the development and delivery of AI solutions
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the impact of products on business outcomes
Impact the end-to-end product lifecycle of features spanning multiple areas
Collaborate to solve novel problems introduced by the constantly evolving and increasingly challenging gaming ecosystem
Be or become a guide in data science strategies and technologies, including key vendors in the space, pros and cons of opposing approaches, and trade-offs involved with different strategies
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or Business
5+ years of professional experience in a product management role
Prior experience in working with Game and/or Marketing teams or building DS solutions
Demonstrated experience with prioritizing projects, collecting requirements, crafting product specifications, and carrying features from conceptualization to deployment
Good knowledge of agile software development methodologies and software development life cycle
Experience with metrics-driven decision-making
A track record for high performance and team/project leadership
Hard-working, performance-driven self-starter and team player
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
