Engineering Co-Op Student - Summer Term 2026
Johnson Electric is seeking a motivated and creative Engineering Co-Op for the Summer 2026 term. In this role, you will support various projects, assist in learning different tasks and processes while gaining hands-on experience in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with mentors and team members to understand business operations and processes
Contribute to large-scale projects, taking on a leading role
Build professional relationships across various departments
Hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Participate in and select 2-3 hands-on projects related to: Engineering (Mechanical, Application, Electrical, Process, Medtech), Quality, Operations Leadership
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a degree in Engineering, Business, or related program
Minimum GPA 3.0
Must have at least 3 semesters (spring, summer, fall) remaining to qualify for the program
Available for full-time work (40 hours per week) during each 12 to 16-week rotation
Adaptable and eager to explore different functional areas
Enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with a passion for learning
