In this role, you will manage multiple engineering projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, budget, and timelines are met while mentoring junior engineers and engaging with clients.
Government Relations
Responsibilities
Manage multiple projects through all phases—from concept to construction—with a focus on quality, budget, and timelines
Review and contribute to construction documents, drawings, and proposals to ensure technical accuracy and consistency
Conduct site inspections and data collection to support design integrity and project success
Build strong relationships through design meetings, collaboration, and peer reviews
Track milestones, prepare projections, and support billing processes
Guide junior engineers and foster team development
Partner with marketing teams on RFQs, interviews, and presentations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering
10+ years of experience in consulting engineering
PE license (or eligibility) in NC, SC, and VA
Expertise in power, lighting, data, security, and fire alarm systems
Experience with building or industrial/manufacturing facilities
Proficiency in design software (Visual, SKM) and construction documentation tools
Preferred
Master's in Electrical Engineering
