Responsibilities
Own growth metrics for our Shopify B2B store, including traffic, conversion, subscription sign-ups, and retention
Design and run A/B tests, campaigns, and experiments to drive measurable improvements
Analyze data (Google Analytics, Shopify reports, Excel/SQL) and turn insights into actionable strategies
Support digital marketing initiatives (SEO, email, paid ads, content optimization)
Continuously research and test new Shopify apps, tools, and best practices to keep us ahead of the curve
Collaborate with Sales, Creative Design, Product, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams to ensure growth strategies are executed effectively
Other key tasks required for strategic business growth and success within the team
Qualification
Required
Experience with Shopify and B2B eCommerce
Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Shopify reports, and Excel/SQL
Ability to design and run A/B tests, campaigns, and experiments
Experience in digital marketing initiatives including SEO, email, paid ads, and content optimization
Strong collaboration skills to work with Sales, Creative Design, Product, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams
Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset
Ability to research and test new Shopify apps, tools, and best practices
