Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service
Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities
Manage sales administration tasks, including documentation and policy management
Analyze market trends to identify potential areas for growth and improvement
Communicate effectively with clients in both English and other languages (bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus)
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including HIPAA standards
Provide ongoing support to clients regarding policy updates and claims processes
