As a Broadcast Engineer, you will connect technology with the needs of production teams, providing technical consulting and support during live product demonstrations and installations, while traveling frequently across the US.

Responsibilities
Lead live and virtual demos of our products, tailored to technical and editorial decision-makers
Visit client sites (mainly in the US) to provide hands-on support during demos and installations. You will assist with on-prem installations and ensure smooth technical setup and delivery
Advise prospects on technical workflows and best practices, addressing their questions and concerns throughout the sales cycle
Analyze client workflows and needs, define solution diagrams and roll-out phases and translate business needs into concrete project milestones
Relay real-world insights to our product and engineering teams to help drive feature development and usability improvements
Support the sales team by preparing project documentation, IT materials and training sessions to help colleagues understand the full solution
When you’re not on the road, you’ll play a key role by supporting the preparation and coordination of tenders
Qualification
Required
You've worked in studios or control rooms and understand the pace, pressure and tooling behind live broadcasting
You have experience as a technical director, live operator or similar role, giving you insight into live technical decision-making
You've worked with rundowns and collaborated closely with editorial teams
You're familiar with tools such as EVS, vMix, Singular, AMPP and other media tech solutions
You're a strong communicator able to translate complex system concepts for both technical and editorial audiences
You're comfortable with frequent travel (up to 50%), mainly in the US
You're fluent in English; other languages are a plus
You're based in the US or Europe with good airport access
