Insurance Retention Specialist
TrueCut Insurance is growing, and they are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retention Specialist to help strengthen customer relationships and reduce cancellations. This role involves contacting customers pending cancellation, reinstating canceled policies, and promoting programs that increase retention.

Responsibilities
Contact customers pending cancellation (including underwriting-related) and work to resolve issues
Focus on reinstating canceled policies
Identify and assist at-risk customers before renewal to improve retention
Reach out to clients who complete NPS surveys and address any feedback
Promote programs that increase retention, such as autopay
Report weekly updates on cancellations, reinstatements, and key retention metrics
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and committed to providing excellent service
Preferred
1+ year of experience in customer service, retention, or insurance preferred
Property & Casualty license or willingness to obtain within 4 months of hire
