Responsibilities
Provide general home services to customers
Lead a group of technicians
Perform bathroom upgrades and remodel
Handle drywall repair, patching, and caulking
Conduct flooring repair and installation
Execute general carpentry
Manage general home repairs and handyman work
Oversee kitchen repair and remodel
Perform minor plumbing and electrical tasks
Paint interior and exterior surfaces
Qualification
Required
10 or more years of paid experience in general carpentry and handyman work
Proficient in miscellaneous around-the-house type repairs like carpentry, basic plumbing, drywall, painting, and basic electrical
Driver's license
Reliable vehicle
Standard tools
Legal citizen of the US
Speak fluent English
Preferred
Experience in bathroom upgrades and remodel
Experience in drywall repair, patching, and caulking
Experience in flooring repair and installation
Experience in general home repairs and handyman work
Experience in kitchen repair and remodel
