5+ years expOf Possible is seeking an experienced senior architect to immediately join our creative practice. The successful candidate will be working on a diverse range of projects including urban and rural multi-family, single-family, and mixed-use buildings.

Join our team to work on a diverse range of projects from concept design through all phases of project documentation and construction
Manage project management, consultant coordination, client communication, and construction administration
Qualification
Required
Extraordinarily conscientious, motivated, self-reliant, and a generous collaborator
Exceptional design and technical abilities
Deep knowledge of architectural ideas, building science, materials, and construction
Expert Rhino, Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite skills
5 to 10+ years full-time experience
Experienced project management, consultant coordination, client communication, and construction administration
Authorized to work in the U.S.A
Preferred
Experience in all phases of urban and rural single and multi-family new construction buildings and interiors preferred
Experience with New York City building codes, zoning regulations, and construction preferred but not required
