Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in healthcare staffing
Build relationships with facility administrators, primes, and subcontractors
Make outreach calls, visits, and attend local networking events
Coordinate with recruiters to match candidates with client needs
Track leads and opportunities in CRM
Qualification
Required
Experience in sales, business development, or account management
Knowledge of the South Texas market
Strong communication and networking skills
Self-starter, comfortable with outreach and follow-up
Preferred
Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
Federal Government Proposal Development is a plus
Benefits
Commission: Paid on contracts or placements closed.
10–20 hours per week, with potential to grow.
