Responsibilities
Lead and manage demolition and civil projects from start to finish
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to define project goals and schedules
Maintain project documentation, budgets, and timelines
Conduct site visits to ensure safety and compliance
Manage subcontractors and monitor performance
Facilitate clear communication across all project stakeholders
Ensure all permits and approvals are secured before project launch
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Project Manager in demolition, utilities, or civil construction
Familiarity with underground utility work and structural demolition
Strong understanding of safety regulations and construction best practices
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Preferred
Experience with Job Order Contracting (JOC) is a plus, but not the primary focus
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred
