Responsibilities

Lead and manage customer projects with agile methodology

Lead and execute customer requirement workshops and trainings

Collaborate closely with customers through all phases like implementation, testing and roll out

Responsible for active communication, change management and alignment with related stakeholders worldwide

Ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of SAP solutions, maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency

Interface to the technical team, create functional specifications and work closely with the team during implementation and testing phases

Analyze, design, and implement the transformation of Classical ABAP code to Clean Core ABAP

Develop and enhance applications using ABAP on Cloud and RAP frameworks

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and optimize the SAP S/4HANA OTC cycle, ensuring seamless integration with technical solutions

Ensure adherence to SAP best practices for Clean Core development

Develop, troubleshoot, and optimize CDS Views, OData services, and AMDPs to support OTC processes

Perform code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure optimal performance

Provide expertise in SAP S/4HANA workflows, business processes, and enhancements

Stay updated on the latest SAP technologies and provide recommendations for process improvements

Support system integration, migration, and troubleshooting activities as needed

Accompany the projects through all phases from the initial consultation to the implementation, migrations, and country roll-outs (conception, UAT, GoLive)

Required

Bachelor's degree, preferably a Master's, in Computer Science or a comparable field of study

6+ years of SAP experience in the field of logistics, especially in the SD module, more modules are preferable MM & FI/CO

Advanced knowledge in SAP ECC, S/4HANA private Cloud, FIORI Applications

Knowledge in SAP Signavio, Jira

Skilled project manager and team lead

You enjoy working in an international team and contributing innovative ideas

You have an innovative and hands-on mindset

Strong communication skills towards client and in the team

English B2-C1 level

Minimum 5-8 years of experience in SAP ABAP development

Experience in ABAP on Cloud and RESTful Application Programming (RAP) frameworks

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Classical ABAP to Clean Core Conversion

Solid understanding of the SAP S/4HANA OTC cycle, including: Sales Order Processing, Pricing and Billing, Delivery and Logistics Execution, Integration with Finance and other modules

Proficiency in CDS Views, OData services, and AMDP development

Experience in troubleshooting and performance optimization of ABAP programs

Good working experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)

Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
