Responsibilities
Respond to inbound inquiries from partners and prospects with clarity, professionalism, and speed
Assist in onboarding new partners and help them adopt tools and programs successfully
Support senior team members in strengthening partner relationships, addressing needs, and troubleshooting basic technical questions
Partner with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues and improve partner experiences
Gather and share partner feedback to help improve platforms and programs
Maintain accurate records of partner interactions in Salesforce and stay organized in managing multiple tasks
Build deep product knowledge and contribute to shared partner goals and strategies alongside senior team members
Qualification
Required
Entry-level experience in sales, support, or account management (including internships, part-time, or customer-facing roles)
Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and explain concepts clearly
Eagerness to learn new tools and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Friendly, solutions-oriented mindset with a genuine desire to help
Comfort speaking with both technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills with a track record of follow-through
Commitment to serving both clients and teammates with excellence
Preferred
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools
Exposure to the computer repair or security software industries
Background in inside sales, channel support, or partner programs
Technical curiosity (e.g., PC building, IT interest, troubleshooting experience)
